Lisa is a compliance professional with over 20 years of diverse experience, having been a Compliance Officer for a major banking institution, Director of Business Continuity Planning, for a financial services organization, as well as IT and Operational Audit Manager for multi-national organizations. She is also a CPA and built and managed internal audit programs for mid and large size companies. She has an MBA with a concentration in Finance and is a CBCP (Certified Business Continuity Planner). She has spent the last several years consulting on all aspects of SOX compliance including financial/operational and IT compliance as well as educating senior leaders. Her experience has run the gamut from development of process documentation, to testing of controls and design of internal control structures. Due to her unique background, she has been able to assist clients both operationally and in the IT environment.

She has a strong background with ISO 20000, IT Service Management and holds numerous industry certifications. Sally frequently teaches as an adjunct instructor, speaks publicly on topics relating to Business, IT Compliance and Organizational Change Management.

James Tannura, the founder of our firm, has spent the majority of his career within IT and specifically, IBM’s System i. Jim manages his team to provide “everything i” to our clients including upgrades, installs, application development and education. He has over 25 years of experience in general management, project management, application development, operations management, and technical support. He is familiar with manufacturing, distribution, travel, government, legal services, and consulting industries. He is very knowledgeable of IBM System i5, Local and Wide Area Networking, and IBM mainframe environments. He has worked in several IBM System i5 environments providing technical support and other iSeries related services.
